By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or utilizing any API services provided by SMM Trust Panel, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every clause outlined in these terms, you must immediately cease using our platform.

Platform Use & Code of Conduct

Users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable account information during registration. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting API rate limits, distributing malware, engaging in phishing campaigns, or violating the community guidelines and terms of service of third-party social media networks (such as Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook).

Account Responsibility & Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and login passwords. SMM Trust Panel assumes absolutely no liability for any financial losses, unauthorized orders, or data breaches that occur as a result of compromised account security on the user's end.

Orders, Delivery, and Services

All orders submitted through the SMM Trust Panel dashboard or API are subject to real-time server availability and technical feasibility. Delivery times displayed are estimations based on historical data, not absolute guarantees. Furthermore, we do not guarantee a 100% permanent retention rate for followers, likes, or engagement, as social media algorithms constantly update to remove inactive accounts.

Refunds & Chargeback Policy

Refund eligibility is strictly governed by our officially published Refund Policy. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback through your credit card provider, or opening a fraudulent payment dispute via PayPal or any other gateway, will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your account and the permanent blacklisting of your IP address and hardware ID.

Suspension and Termination Rights

We reserve the unequivocal right to suspend or terminate any user account, at any time, without prior notice or explanation, if our security systems detect abusive behavior, payment fraud, exploitation of our server infrastructure, or any direct violation of these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Legal Liability

Under no circumstances shall SMM Trust Panel, its parent company Savieon Group, or its operators be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, the suspension or banning of your personal or client social media accounts, loss of business revenue, or loss of digital reputation arising from the use of our wholesale services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without direct notification. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the SMM Trust Panel platform following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms of Service Clarifications (FAQs)

According to our Terms of Service, users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted data. If you provide an incorrect URL, misspell a username, or switch an account to private after an order has been placed, the system will process the order as completed. SMM Trust Panel cannot issue refunds or offer order restarts for user-side data entry errors.
Yes. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service. Common reasons for immediate suspension include attempting payment fraud, initiating unauthorized chargebacks, spamming our ticketing system, exploiting API vulnerabilities, or attempting to resell our services using deceptive marketing practices.
No. While we strive to provide the fastest SMM services on the market, all delivery times listed on the platform are estimates based on historical server averages. Due to the dynamic nature of third-party social media algorithms and occasional high-volume server loads, delivery speeds can fluctuate and are not legally guaranteed under these terms.
To ensure fair usage and maintain system security, we highly recommend operating a single, consolidated reseller account. Attempting to create multiple accounts to exploit promotional balances, bypass API rate limits, or circumvent a previous account suspension is a direct violation of our terms and will result in a ban across all associated IP addresses.
