Payment Methods & Funding Policy

Available payment methods and minimums

Methods checked on 18 October 2026. Minimums below are the USD amounts displayed in the method selector or payment instructions. Check your selected method’s current instructions before sending funds, especially for manual payments.

How automatic and manual funding work

Automatic options: complete the selected provider’s payment steps and follow confirmation in the panel. These methods are displayed as crediting after confirmation. For Binance Pay, the instructions also require confirming the payment with your Binance Order ID. Keep your payment reference and check Payments History.

Manual options: use the current recipient or wallet details shown in your account, keep the payment receipt and open a support ticket with that receipt for review. Manual funding requires review; sending a payment does not complete that review by itself. The manual-payment instructions currently state 0–2 hours for review and crediting after submitting the receipt.

Check the final payment amount and any bonus

• Review the amount, currency, network where applicable, and any fees displayed by your selected provider before confirming.
• Check the method’s displayed minimum and maximum. BigPay, Payfast, Payzink, AnyPay and Cashmaal currently show a maximum deposit of $2,000 in their panel instructions.
• Binance Pay, Cryptomus, CoinPayments, exchange payments, Heleket and Volet / Advcash currently show a 5% bonus on deposits from $10.00. Review the Bonus field and selected method’s conditions; do not assume every payment option has the same offer.

After sending a payment

1. Keep the provider’s receipt and payment reference.
2. Review Payments History and your panel balance.
3. If a payment needs review, contact support with the payment method, amount, date and reference. For manual payments, include the receipt as instructed.

What is the exact procedure for reporting a dropped service that is covered by a refill guarantee?

If you have purchased a social media service that explicitly includes a refill guarantee in its description and you notice a drop in metrics, you must wait at least 24 hours after the order is marked 'Completed' before reporting it. Once this period has passed, navigate to your support dashboard and open a dedicated 'Refill Request' ticket. You must include the exact Order ID and the current metric count of the target link. Our technical team will review the system logs and manually trigger the server to replenish the missing engagements back to the initially purchased volume.

Will my account balance be refunded if a social media platform updates its algorithm and removes engagements?

Social media networks like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok continuously update their algorithms to purge inactive accounts and filter specific types of traffic. If an algorithmic sweep occurs and removes engagements from a non-guaranteed service, SMM Trust Panel is not liable for the drop and no refunds will be issued to your balance. We strongly advise all users to read the individual service descriptions carefully and opt for packages with a 'Lifetime Refill' or '30-Day Guarantee' badge if they require long-term metric stability.
